Return Policy - Hayla Scents

At Hayla Scents, we take pride in providing high-quality fragrances and home scents. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • We do not accept returns for used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales
  • Customized or personalized orders
Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support at info@haylascents.com or (612) 242-6687 to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided by our support team (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
